These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LITTLE DOG COMMUNICATIONS regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
